Applicants must first be a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance to apply.
The Session Yoga 300-hour advanced power vinyasa yoga teacher training program builds upon the foundations of your existing 200-hour yoga teacher certification, so you can continue your journey on the eight limbed path.
Unlock and learn to share the transformative power of yoga through
Advanced Power Vinyasa, sequencing, assisting, anatomy and pranayama
Learn to facilitate safe and effective Kriya and Meditation
Deepen your experience in teaching Yin, Restorative, Mantra and Yoga Philosophy
Step into greater leadership with modules on Ethics, Inclusion, Social Media and mentoring others.
Learn to create and safely share yoga sequencing that supports progression of beginning, intermediate and advanced students as well as sequencing that is tailored to special themes, needs, populations.
Learn to deliver more safe and effective yoga practices/ classes through deeper understanding of the anatomy and function of the hips, spine, shoulders and brain.
Learn to facilitate meditation and pranayama practices for individuals and groups both in conjunction with asana and separately.
Learn how Ayurveda, kriya, mantra, chanting and sound support yogic lifestyle and can be further integrated into teaching.
Learn how to better support and assist students through deeper understanding of alignment, assists, vocals, sound/ music and the use of props.
