Yin Yoga 40-Hour Intensive and Certification

Yin Yoga is a slower yet equally powerful method of practicing yoga that brings balance, ease, peace to the body, mind and spirit. Immerse yourself in Yin Yoga training for your own well-being. Yoga Teachers can also add to their resources and be ready to share the gift of Yin with students following completion of this course. This is real-life practice, hands-on experience, lectures, discussions- a complete immersion into yin yoga. For 40-hours, this course will immerse you in learning more about:

Yin & Yang in Daily Life and Yoga Practices
Yin Yoga Theory and Practice
Anatomy and Physical Impacts of Yin Yoga Poses versus Yang Yoga Poses
Chakras and Energy Theory in the Yin Yoga
Meditation and Pranayama for Yin Yoga
Overview of Philosophy for Yin Yoga

After April 19th $1200.00

Note: All participants will graduate with a Yin Yoga Certification and be able to establish a profound and comprehensive personal practice. This 40-hour Certification Intensive consists of 35 contact hours and 5 non-contact hours based upon written, physical and self-study assignments. Coursework will consist of studies and experiential work covering postures, theory, practice and application of Yin Yoga.

Yoga Teachers who attend will receive a complete certification through this course that will enable them to safely and respectfully share the gifts of teaching Yin Yoga.

All course meetings and completion of all non-contact assignments are mandatory for Certification.

This course also qualifies as CEUs for currently certified Yoga Teachers.
